New Oriental Nightclub: Flashiest Spot in Da Nang
I think the last time I went to a club at a resort destination was in Bali. After coming to Da Nang and just relaxing, I realized there wasn't much to do at night. I tried to at least get some drinks, but since I brought along the ultimate lightweight, we were just nursing our drinks. I really wanted to go somewhere fun. While wondering where to go, someone said, "It's a guys' trip, let's hit a club!" We immediately searched and ended up at New Oriental Nightclub.
After a pat-down at the entrance, we walked into the club and the interior was surprisingly amazing. I went in with zero expectations, thinking it would be boring, but it was a completely different world inside. From pole dancing to a lingerie show featuring foreign models, it's a very show-oriented club. The drinks were expensive, and since there were separate VIP seats, we had to watch the show from the outskirts. However, after watching the pole dancing—which looked more like gymnastics—and a bizarre, out-of-this-world lingerie show, it felt like we paid for a show rather than just buying drinks.
