Shopping and Heading Home from Palawan, Philippines
After waking up and enjoying a pretty good breakfast, we headed to the mall to buy our souvenirs. There were several brands, but I didn't think the prices were particularly cheap. Still, I managed to pick up a few natural products that seemed like things you could only buy in Palawan.

After shopping and having dinner, we returned to the hotel. The flight from Puerto Princesa back to Seoul departs at midnight, which is great for making the most of your final day. It has a perfect flight schedule for a weekend getaway, along with affordable luxury hotels that are great for relaxing. But even more impressive than all of that was the people of Palawan. I used to have a negative perception of the Philippines because of my experiences in Cebu and Manila, but the people here are kind and genuine, and the so-called "foreigner prices" are much more reasonable than in other regions. I think the reason I got along so well with the older friend I traveled with was simply that there wasn't much to stress over. Palawan will remain a fond memory for a long time.
